Ingredients

1 quart watermelon

1 Serrano pepper

1 jalapeño

½ cup cilantro with stems

lime juice to taste

½ cup yellow onion

1 tbsp Spiceology Guajillo Ground Chile

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

salt to taste

chive blossom

Spiceology Korean chili flake

Step 1

Add sliced watermelon, serrano, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, yellow onion, Spiceology guajillo, olive oil and salt to a blender and liquify.

1 quart watermelon

½ cup cilantro with stems

lime juice to taste

½ cup yellow onion

1 tbsp Spiceology Guajillo Ground Chile

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

salt to taste

Step 2

For the garnish, finely dice watermelon, chop cilantro and pull apart chive blossom. Mix together with olive oil, and Spiceology Korean chili flake before adding to the center of your soup. Enjoy!
