Ingredients

2 cups concasse Tomato

1 cup roasted red bell pepper

2 tbsp pasted garlic

¼ cup pasted jalapeño

lime juice to taste

½ cup olive oil

salt to taste

Garnish

cilantro

cotija cheese

cucumber

Spiceology Jalapeño Powder

olive oil

Step 1

Brunoise everything and mix.

2 cups concasse Tomato

1 cup roasted red bell pepper

2 tbsp pasted garlic

¼ cup pasted jalapeño

lime juice to taste

½ cup olive oil

salt to taste

Step 2

You can also give it a slight blitze with a stick blender to get more soupy consistency.

Step 3

Finish and enjoy
