rice wine vinegar

½ cup rice wine vinegar

ketchup

2 ½ cup ketchup

salt pepper or soy sauce to taste

Steak

Step 1

Cut the fat off the steak. This will be used to grease our wok.

Step 2

Cube the steak and slice onion.

Step 3

Get your wok hot, then rub the slice of fat all across the bottom to fully grease it.

Step 4

Add in sliced onions, salt and pepper. Once they begin to sweat, add in your cubed steak. You can hit it with rice oil if you need to.

Step 5

Add in kimchup, mix until cooked through and enjoy on a bed or rice.

Mix everything together and throw it back in a ketchup bottle.
