Ingredients

Spicy Somen Noodle

200 g somen noodle

5 tbsp Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

5 tbsp Gochujang

5 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp garlic

100 g apple

1 slice canned pineapple

5 tbsp soda

3 tbsp pineapple juice

Garnish

kimchi

seaweed

Spicy Somen Noodle

Step 1

Start by boiling some noodles for 3 mins, then remove and strain under cold water. Set aside.

200 g somen noodle

Step 2

Add together Spiceology Korean Chili Flakes, gochujang paste, sugar, and cider vinegar. Then mix.

5 tbsp Gochujang

5 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp apple cider vinegar

5 tbsp Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

Step 3

To a blender add: apple, garlic, slice of pineapple, soda and pineapple can juice.

100 g apple

tbsp garlic

1 slice canned pineapple

5 tbsp soda

3 tbsp pineapple juice

Step 4

Combine the sauce with the blended liquid together until well incorporated.

Step 5

Pour sauce on top of somen noodles, then garnish.
