Ingredients

Base

pitted cherries

400 g pitted cherries

lime juice

50 g lime juice

white sugar

120 g white sugar

maple syrup

30 g maple syrup

citric acid

1 g citric acid

Add  4 oz tequila anejo

Add 4 oz tequila anejo

Step 1

Blend and bring to boil then remove from heat.

Step 2

Use vacuum sealer or put into popsicle mold.

Step 3

Freeze.
