4 oz butter

sprig thyme

tbsp Spiceology Black Pepper

1 bay leaf

Soup Base

½ cup yellow onion

¼ cup shallot

½ cup celery

4 oz butter

4 evoo

2 tbsp Spiceology Paprika, Smoked

1 tbsp Spiceology Cayenne

1 tbsp Spiceology Red Chili Flake

½ tbsp Spiceology Celery Seed

2 tbsp tomato powder or tomato paste

8 oz ap flour

2 quarts shrimp stock (Fume)

Finish Bisque

2 quarts smooth shrimp soup base

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste

1 cup cream

1 bay leaf

Cooked shrimp

4 oz butter

½ cup white wine

1 tbsp Spiceology Black Pepper

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

lemon juice to taste

shrimp cleaned and peeled

zest of a lemon
