Ingredients
Marshmallow
1 oz gelatin
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ oz h2o
1 ½ oz corn syrup
4 ½ oz sugar
cold butter
black rice
canola oil
Step 1
Deep fry black rice until crunchy

Step 2
Add water, sugar and corn syrup to a pot and bring to 250F.
1 ½ oz h2o
4 ½ oz sugar
1 ½ oz corn syrup
Step 3
Add to a stand mixer, add in everything else
1 oz gelatin
1 tsp vanilla
black rice
