Ingredients

Eggs

12 Eggs

2 tablespoons Spiceology Beet Powder

1 quart water

1 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Spiceology Guajillo

Filling

12 cooked Yolks

1 cup Mayo

Ā½ cup Sour cream

Spiceology JalapeƱo Powder to your liking

Spiceology Flakey Salt

Aleppo pepper

Step 1

Cook eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes

12 Eggs

Step 2

chill in ice immediately

water

Step 3

cut in half and remove yolks (reserve those)

12 Eggs

Step 4

put into a hotel pan and cover with beet liquid for atleast two hours in fridge (optional)

2 tablespoons Spiceology Beet Powder

1 quart water

1 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Spiceology Guajillo

Step 5

Finish with aleppo ,scallions and flake salt.
