Pumpkin Egg Cream

sweetened condensed milk

4 oz sweetened condensed milk

egg yolks

2 egg yolks

canned pumpkin

4 oz canned pumpkin

nutmeg

1 tsp nutmeg

ground ginger

2 tbsp ground ginger

cinnamon

4 tbsp cinnamon

green cardamom pods

4 green cardamom pods

all spice

1 tsp all spice

cloves (whole)

Pancakes

Step 1

Mix the ingredients together. Don't over mix the batter, it should still be lumpy like in the video.

Step 2

Add cooking spray to a pan. Pour pancakes into disks. Once the bubbles pop on your pancake, flip over and cook until golden brown on each side.

Pumpkin Egg Cream

Step 1

Separate egg yolks from egg whites, then add yolks to a bowl with sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2

Whisk until it reaches a beautiful airy consistency like in the video.

Step 3

Add in the spices below – this is your pumpkin spice mix.

Step 4

Then add in canned pumpkin and mix well until thick.
