Ingredients

500 g onions finely sliced

35 g eevo

5 g salt

150 g veg stock

2 tbsp butter

bacon

scallions

Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

Step 1

Sautée onions in an oiled pan on med heat till soft. Hit them with salt as well.

Step 2

Add water or veg stock. (I also think maybe heavy cream or sour cream would be nice for some fat taste.)

150 g veg stock

Step 3

Add everything to a blender with butter. Purée the hell out of it when you think it’s done go a little more that’s how we make it smooth!

Step 4

Season light cause it changes when you season cold.

5 g salt

Step 5

Garnish with chopped bacon, scallions, Korean chili flake, salt, pepper.
