8 oz Clamato

Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

1 tbsp Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

Worcestershire

1 tbsp Worcestershire

soy sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

guajillo

1 tbsp guajillo

shallot

2 tbsp shallot

serrano

1 tbsp serrano

lime juice or to taste

4 tbsp lime juice or to taste

Oysters

dozen shucked shigokus or whatever oysters

1 dozen shucked shigokus or whatever oysters

Rimmed Shells

Spiceology Sumac

1 tbsp Spiceology Sumac

Korean chili flake

1 tbsp Korean chili flake

salt

2 tbsp salt

Step 1

-let sit in mix for five minutes before service
