Ingredients
¼ cup Spiceology Brown Mustard Seed
¼ cup Spiceology Yellow Mustard Seed
½ cup maple syrup
rice vinegar to taste
Spiceology Maple Sugar to taste
Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste
Step 1
Blanch the mustard and strain five times
¼ cup Spiceology Brown Mustard Seed
¼ cup Spiceology Yellow Mustard Seed
Step 2
Blend with all ingredients and call it good
