Ingredients

Lemon pepper

2 cups lemon peels dehydrated at 145°F then pulverized to a powder

½ cup pepper ground coarse

Wing cure

½ cup kosher salt

2 tbsp Spiceology Maple Sugar

4 tbsp lemon pepper

Wings

1 lbs Chix wings

wing cure to coat

Finish with a squeeze of lemon

Buffalo wings

1 lbs chicken wings

1 ½ cup franks red hot

4 oz unsalted butter

Green ranch

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup kewpie mayo

1 cup whole milk

1 tbsp Spiceology Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Spiceology Onion Powder

2 tbsp Spiceology Black Pepper

2 tbsp chive powder (from my channel)

2 tbsp dill powder (from my channel)

salt to taste or lemon pepper salt to taste

Step 1

Bake at 475°F til GBD and 165°F internal

Step 2

350°F oil for frying
