Ingredients

5 g yeast

240 g warm h2o

140 g flour

20 g maple sugar

pinch salt

blanched sweet potato cubed

350 canola oil for frying at

Step 1

Mix and let sit out for about an hour then refrigerate for another hour before using.

Step 2

Skewer a half hot dog and piece of mozzarella cheese using a thick skewer.

Step 3

Coat the whole thing in flour before dipping in the dredge. Then sprinkle sweet potato and coat in panko.

Step 4

Fry in canola oil at 350F. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
