50 g scallions

For the first day

rinse carrots thoroughly with cold water

toss in a bowl with the salt.

put into a bag and vacuum seal, or into a hotel pan/jar/ziploq and cover with plastic wrap.

put somewhere room temp. For a day

Step 5

For the second day

Step 1

mince ginger and garlic

50 g Ginger

25 g Garlic clove

Step 2

slice scallions

50 g scallions

Step 3

mix all ingredients with carrots in a bowl

800 grams Carrots

8 g sugar

50 g Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flake

25 g Garlic clove

50 g Ginger

50 g scallions

Step 4

put into a bag and vacuum seal, or into a hotel pan/jar/ziploq and cover with plastic wrap.

let sit at room temp for a day or two.

Step 6

store in fridge after that
