Ingredients

3 napa cabbage

30 salt

¼ cup grated ginger

¼ cup garlic

1 tbsp salted shrimp

1 cup Spiceology Korean Chili Flake

¼ cup sugar

1 cup green onion

Step 1

Cut up and mix with salt let sit overnight at room temp covered

Step 2

Blend the shrimp, garlic, ginger together.

¼ cup garlic

¼ cup grated ginger

Step 3

Mix everything together with the cabbage, dont strain it. Let sit overnight at room temp one more day covered then transfer to the fridge. It will keep fermenting and get better tasting over time
