Step 1

For the cheese
butter

1 oz butter

Step 1

Melt butter in a pot
butter

1 oz butter

Step 2

Dust in the flour while whisking and cook for about a minute in medium heat

Pour in milk while whisking and bring to a simmer then toss in the cheese.

Let it hang out at room temp for about ten minutes.

Add in the rice vinegar and blend til smooth, then add salt and aleppo to taste.

cut into fry shaped batons of your choice and fry in canola oil at 250°F until desired crispiness is achieved. Salt to taste.
