Ingredients

secret sauce

½ cup chopped dill pickle

1 cup mayo

¼ cup ketchup

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

salt to taste

pepper to taste

caramelized onions

1 yellow onion minced

canola oil for the pan

burger patties

ground beef (any fat content will do)

salt

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste

American cheese

canola oil to cover

Step 1

For the secret sauce

Step 1

combine all ingredients together and mix til smooth.

½ cup chopped dill pickle

1 cup mayo

¼ cup ketchup

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Step 2

For the caramelized onions

Step 1

cook onions in a hot pan with canola oil.

1 yellow onion minced

canola oil for the pan

Step 2

deglaze pan with a touch of water once color builds up.

Step 3

repeat this process until desired color.

For the burger patties

Step 1

form 4 OZ balls and season with salt pepper and canola oil.

ground beef (any fat content will do)

canola oil to cover

salt

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste

Step 2

form into patties and cook on a medium heat cast iron until cooked to desired temp.

Step 3

finish with american cheese and caramelized onions.

Step 4

serve on a toasted bun with animal sauce, and tomato.
