Ingredients

Spiceology Maui Wowee

¼ cup Spiceology Maui Wowee

Honey

2 tablespoons Honey

drizzle of oil just to coat

Green Goddess💚

carrot picked tops

1 cup carrot picked tops

scallion tops

1 cup scallion tops

egg yolks

2 egg yolks

Dijon

2 tablespoons Dijon

Fish Sauce

½ tablespoon Fish Sauce

juice of  a lemon

½ juice of a lemon

Garlic

5 cloves Garlic

canola oil

1 ½ cups canola oil

salt to taste

salt to taste

Step 1

For the carrots
sheet tray

Step 1

set a sheet pan in the oven at 500°F for at least ten minutes

Step 2

toss carrots with all ingredients in a bowl

Step 3

drop onto sheet pan in oven and cook until blistered with deliciousness (about ten minutes)

Step 4

congrats you’ve roasted some tasty carrots

Step 5

For the Green Goddess 💚

Step 1

chop carrot and scallion tops fine

Step 2

blend greens with fish sauce, Dijon, and garlic cloves till chop fine.

Step 3

toss in egg yolks then blend while slowly drizzling in canola oil.

Step 4

add lemon juice and salt to taste

Step 5

(For the Cured Egg yolk)
