Ingredients

3 egg yolks

0.5 juice of a lemon

½ tbsp dijon mustard

1 lbs warm melted butter

Spiceology Flakey Salt

Step 1

Blend on low for about 10 seconds. Using fresh bought eggs will be less likely to break for this sauce.

Step 2

Slowly drizzle in the melted butter. Usually you use clarified butter, but melted butter works too. Just make sure it's not too hot. We don't want to scramble the egg yolks.

1 lbs warm melted butter

Step 3

Season with salt to taste
