Ingredients

thin sliced garlic

milk to cover

rice oil for frying

Step 1

Blanch garlic in milk starting from cold to a boil. Ideally five times to remove bitterness.

Step 2

Dry off on paper towels then fry in 350°F oil til GBD. Careful, garlic will burn quickly once it enters golden stage.

Season with salt to taste and cool. 😎
