Ingredients

Nog

egg yolks

4 egg yolks

whole milk

2 cups whole milk

cream

2 cups cream

vanilla paste

1 tsp vanilla paste

nutmeg

1 tsp nutmeg

of cinnamon or tsp of ground

stick of cinnamon or tsp of ground

Spiceology Maple Sugar

½ cup Spiceology Maple Sugar

spiced rum

3 oz spiced rum

good bourbon

3 oz good bourbon

Merengue

egg whites

4 egg whites

sugar

2 tbsp sugar

Spiceology Vanilla Flecks

1 tsp Spiceology Vanilla Flecks

Step 1

Whisk the ingredients below together
egg yolks

4 egg yolks

whole milk

2 cups whole milk

cream

2 cups cream

vanilla paste

tsp vanilla paste

nutmeg

tsp nutmeg

of cinnamon or tsp of ground

stick of cinnamon or tsp of ground

Spiceology Maple Sugar

½ cup Spiceology Maple Sugar

spiced rum

3 oz spiced rum

good bourbon

3 oz good bourbon

Step 2

Add to a ziplock bag and cook in boiling water at 144F for 30 mins.

Step 3

Add the custard to an ice bath to chill.

Step 4

Now whip up you egg whites with sugar and vanilla flecks to create merengue. Stop once you have nice stiff peaks.

Step 5

Fold merengue into the custard and whisk.

For the latte

pour in one shot of espresso to 4 oz steamed nog or a glass of iced nog
