Ingredients

egg yolks

5 egg yolks

sugar

50 grams sugar

2 cups half half

Step 1

Bring half half to 175°F
half half

2 cups half half

Step 2

Mix sugar with egg in seperate bowl

5 egg yolks

Step 3

Whisk a bit of the hot liquid into the sugar egg mix

Step 4

Temper back into liquid

Step 5

Pour into ramekins

Step 6

Bake at 325°F for about 30 min or until temp or until reaches 176°F in a water bath
