Ingredients

cranberry

2 cups cranberry

orange juice (or water)

1 ½ cups orange juice (or water)

honey

1 cup honey

Spiceology Maple Sugar

2 tablespoons Spiceology Maple Sugar

vanilla extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

Spiceology Flakey Salt

1 pinch Spiceology Flakey Salt

(optional) of thyme

(optional) of thyme

Step 1

Bring everything to a simmer in a pot, cranberries will pop, once they pop they are done, if you desire a thick sauce with broken down crans then cook longer for about ten minutes simmer.
