Concha French Toast Sandwich

cook:

20 min

Honestly concha was not my favorite as a kid. I would go for the palmiers at the bakery next to my grandmas house. But i grew to love the concha as I became a coffee drinker. Such a great companion to a lil cafesito. Now THIS, this right here is something i would’ve crushed. A concha French toast breaky sandwich. Is it good for you? Yes ,yes it is.
