Ingredients
Pickled Strawbs

1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Spiceology Coriander Seed

1 tbsp Spiceology Red Chili Flake

1 tbsp Spiceology Green Pepper Corn

salt to taste

Spiceology Maple Sugar to taste

1 cup ice

1 cup strawberries submerged in pickle liquid
Whipped Ricotta

1 cup ricotta (duh lol)

2 tbsp lemon zest

lemon juice to taste

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste
Zucchini soup

2 cups zucchini sliced and roasted

½ cup yellow onion sliced and roasted

2 cups veggie stock or enough til smooth

1 tbsp Spiceology Jalapeño Powder

lemon juice to taste

salt to taste
