Ingredients

dredge

flour

1 cup flour

corn starch

¼ cup corn starch

butter milk or 1 1/2 C milk + 1/2 C sour Cream

2 cup butter milk or 1 1/2 C milk + 1/2 C sour Cream

garlic powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

paprika

1 tbsp paprika

cayenne

1 tsp cayenne

onion powder

1 tbsp onion powder

Worcestershire powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire powder

black pepper

3 tbsp black pepper

kosher salt

2 tbsp kosher salt

Step 1

350 degrees

Step 2

Dredge cauli florets and fry off in oil til GBD. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.

Step 3

Serve with ranch if you’d like :)
