Ingredients

3 anchovies (about 1 tbsp)

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 egg yolk

4 tbsp evoo or garlic oil like i used

2 tbsp Parmesan

lemon zest

lemon juice to taste

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Crush the anchovies and garlic into a paste by hand or in a food processor.

3 anchovies (about 1 tbsp)

4 cloves garlic

Step 2

Add in the yolk and dijon then beginning mixing while slowly dripping in oil to emulsify.

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp dijon mustard

Step 3

Add all other ingredients to taste.

4 tbsp evoo or garlic oil like i used

2 tbsp Parmesan

lemon zest

lemon juice to taste

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Spiceology Black Pepper to taste
