Ingredients

biscuits

flour

425 g flour

baking powder

14 g baking powder

salt

11 g salt

cold cubed butter

170 g cold cubed butter

butter milk

290 g butter milk

Egg wash

egg

1 egg

water

1 tbsp water

wings

(The dredge)

ap flour

2 cups ap flour

corn starch

¼ cups corn starch

paprika

2 tbsp paprika

onion powder

1 tbsp onion powder

garlic powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

black pepper

2 tbsp black pepper

kosher salt

4 tbsp kosher salt

350 in (Fry peanut oil)

(Marinade)

buttermilk

2 cups buttermilk

crystal hot sauce

2 tbsp crystal hot sauce

(Green ranch)

sour cream

½ cup sour cream

buttermilk

2 tbsp buttermilk

chive powder

1 tbsp chive powder

dill powder

1 tbsp dill powder

pepper

1 tbsp pepper

salt to taste

salt to taste

wings deboned)

1 lbs wings deboned)

Step 1

-mix all the dry ingredients with the butter until butter turns into pea size

Step 2

-mix in butter milk

Step 3

-roll out on a floured surface and give about three folds.

Step 4

-cut into equal sizes and put on a greased parched sheet tray.

Step 5

-brush lightly with egg wash

Step 6

-bake at 425°F for 4x4x4 minutes turning each time.

Step 7

-remove and brush with melted butter

Step 8

(Fry chicken wings in 350°F peanut oil)
