Ingredients

custard base

2 cup whole milk

2 cup cream

6 egg yolks

2 whole eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

2 cup banana

½ cup sugar

8 oz sweetened condensed milk

Bread Pudding

2 brown bananas

6 cup large cubes sourdough bread

4 cup custard base

Step 1

Blend.

2 cup whole milk

6 egg yolks

2 cup cream

2 whole eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

2 cup banana

½ cup sugar

8 oz sweetened condensed milk

Step 2

To make the ice cream heat the custard base up to 176°F then strain and cool overnight then churn in ice cream machine til Wendy’s frosty consistency.

Step 3

Fold in together. Bake at 350°F covered for 20 min (Uncovered til GBD)
