Ingredients

custard base

whole milk

2 cup whole milk

cream

2 cup cream

egg yolks

6 egg yolks

eggs

2 whole eggs

vanilla

1 tbsp vanilla

banana

2 cup banana

sugar

½ cup sugar

sweetened condensed milk

8 oz sweetened condensed milk

Bread Pudding

brown bananas

2 brown bananas

large cubes sourdough bread

6 cup large cubes sourdough bread

custard base

4 cup custard base

Step 1

Blend.
whole milk

2 cup whole milk

egg yolks

6 egg yolks

cream

2 cup cream

eggs

2 whole eggs

vanilla

1 tbsp vanilla

banana

2 cup banana

sugar

½ cup sugar

sweetened condensed milk

8 oz sweetened condensed milk

Step 2

To make the ice cream heat the custard base up to 176°F then strain and cool overnight then churn in ice cream machine til Wendy’s frosty consistency.

Step 3

Fold in together. Bake at 350°F covered for 20 min (Uncovered til GBD)
