Ingredients

lemon pepper

2 cups lemon peels dehydrated

½ cup pepper ground coarse

wing cure

½ cup kosher salt

2 tbsp maple sugar

4 tbsp lemon pepper

Wings

1 lbs Chix wings

wing cure to coat

Finish with a squeeze of lemon

Step 1

lemon peels dehydrated at 145°F then pulverized to a powder

2 cups lemon peels dehydrated

½ cup pepper ground coarse

Step 2

Bake at 475°F til GBD and 165°F internal

wing cure to coat

1 lbs Chix wings

4 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tbsp maple sugar

½ cup kosher salt
