Ingredients

shrimp

1 lbs shrimp

3 cups flour

2 tbsp Spiceology Purple Haze Vegetable Seasoning

6 cups Japanese panko bread crumb

3 eggs

¼ cup water

pinch salt

canola oil for frying

For the cocktail sauce

1 tbsp horseradish

2 cups ketchup

½ cup orange soda

1 tbsp Worcestershire

Spiceology Black Pepper, Ground to taste

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Step 1

mix the flour and purple haze with pinch of salt.

3 cups flour

2 tbsp Spiceology Purple Haze Vegetable Seasoning

pinch salt

Step 2

coat peeled clean shrimp in the flour

1 lbs shrimp

Step 3

make an egg wash with the egg and water

3 eggs

¼ cup water

Step 4

dip dredged shrimp into egg wash then coat in the panko bread crumb.

6 cups Japanese panko bread crumb

Step 5

fry in a pot of canola at 350°F until GBD

canola oil for frying

Step 6

season with salt when out

Spiceology Flakey Salt to taste

Step 7

mix it all up and enjoy.
